Our refund policy applies for a period of 14 days. Beyond this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Many items are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your declaration, we absolutely need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer as it is our responsibility to assist you.
This is in the case of items such as:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, tape or vinyl disc that has been opened
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
As part of the reimbursement:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your item. We will also inform you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of time, depending on the type of payment chosen.
In the event of a late or missing refund:
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued, depending on the type of payment chosen, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is mailed.

Regarding items sold:
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.
Concerning the exchange policy:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange or return an item, send us an email at , we will give you instructions to follow.
If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and you received it in a damaged condition, you will receive a "gift credit" for the value of the gift. Once the item has been returned and received at our premises, a gift voucher for the value of the gift will be sent to you.

You alone will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. If your refund request has been accepted, the return shipping costs will be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item when you return it.
